Upon entry, every dog undergoes a comprehensive assessment – our Trial Day. We take note of their likes, dislikes, specific dietary needs, and even their favourite toys & friends. This forms the basis of their stay with us. Tailored play sessions, custom diet plans if needed, and specialised care routines are all a part of the K9 Heaven experience.

Given we spend so much time around dogs, we monitor and report back if we think your dog’s diet might need switching up.

Preparing your pup for boarding with us
Our goal is to make your dog’s time with us feel like an extension of home. When it comes to preparing your furry companion for their stay at K9 Heaven, we like to ease each dog in, in their own time. That way we can get to know your dog, and their needs before you head away.
K9 Heaven owner Ollie, said to consider bringing your dog in for a few days or up to 14 days leading up to a longer stay. This practice gives your dog time to acclimatise to the doggy daycare and gives our staff time to know which area will be most supportive of your dog’s needs (whether they are high energy or more relaxed). We recognize that each owner-dog relationship is distinct, which is why we offer this preparation period at a reduced rate. It’s about ensuring your dog’s comfort and well-being.
